1. Services
Pure Pristine Cleans provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Florida. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We will confirm your appointment via phone or email within 24 hours of your request.
- Pricing is based on the type of service, property size, and condition. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service incur no charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
- No-shows without notice will be charged the full quoted amount.
4. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
5. Liability
- Our cleaning teams are fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service, or damage caused by faulty fixtures or appliances.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
6. Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned. Pets should be secured during service. Hazardous materials, illegal substances, or unsafe conditions may result in our team leaving the premises.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Recurring service clients may set up automatic billing.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
